Traveling in a Space Craft means lots of environmental changes, from pressure, temperature, gravity etc that can lead to physiological and biochemical changes leading to changes in brain activity, not much is known as there are hardly few astronauts or Space Travelers?? to get hold of and run experiments on them?, too small a sample size etc, but yet, this group managed to conduct study on the brains of astronauts, the results are not surprising to me. The limited study conducted reported these results, there are structural changes in many brain areas, associated functional problems. Report is published in AJNR journal..
Prolonged Microgravity Affects Human Brain Structure and Function
A subset of astronauts develop a constellation of clinical findings,
including altered visual acuity, ophthalmologic changes such as cotton
wool spots, choroidal folds, and optic disc edema.6
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) has termed
this constellation of clinical findings “spaceflight-associated
neuro-ocular syndrome” (SANS)

Here is another interesting anatomical study on less explored vascular structures of dorsal spinal column by Radiculomedullary artery!
Anatomy of the Great Posterior Radiculomedullary Artery
A great posterior radiculomedullary artery is present in most (72%)
individuals. The authors describe the microsurgical anatomy of the great
posterior radiculomedullary artery with emphasis on its morphometric
parameters as well as its implications for spinal cord blood supply.
Variations of the arterial supply to the dorsal cord are of great
importance due to their implications for ischemic events, endovascular
procedures, and surgical approaches.
